Welcome to Photo Scout! Our mission here is to make beautiful private locations and settings more accessible for photography/videography sessions, by creating a peer-to-peer rental marketplace that is unlike any other.
The founders of Photo Scout are a power-house entrepreneurial team. Emily is the owner of Emily Anne Photography, LLC and has been a professional photographer for over 14 years. Noah is a real estate broker and has been for almost 6 years; among being a hobby drone operator and videographer.
Emily and Noah both know the woes of scouting for session locations that are unique and more private that check all the boxes for you and your clients. You may know the feeling of finding a beautiful location only to have other people or photographers find it and over-use it, causing photos to lose some novelty, kids/pets to become distracted, and some clients are not able to feel comfortable. This is where Photo Scout comes in and provides you the ability to select private locations based on you and your clients wants and needs.
On the other side of the coin, Photo Scout provides hosts the ability to derive passive income from their beautiful settings/locations; whether they are actual structures/buildings, or items of novelty like classic trucks – you now have the ability to rent out time slots for use of those locations/settings during sessions. On top of that the platform provides you an easy to use system to manage your bookings and communicate with potential, or confirmed guests. Emily has a photography studio and greenhouse that is regularly rented out to other photographers because of the uniqueness and beautiful setting photographers and clients alike want in their photographs.
The skills and expertise both Emily and Noah have are perfectly connected and shown in the mission and vision of Photo Scout and it is their hope that everyone will be able curate better portraits/videos
